I totally could — I make excuses every morning. I wake up at 6:15 to get ready, so I would have to wake up aroun 5:00am to get a really good workout in. I just love sleep so much, lol

I’m usually at school until about 4:30, then I go coach cheerleading from 5:00pm - 7:00pm
I come home, eat and sit for an hour before going to sleep.

So, august wasnt a great month for me health-wise. I didn’t eat well and barely worked out. I’m recommitting tomorrow. Healthy foods. Working out 4+ times per week. I have done so well since january. Im not stopping now.
I brought in two different pairs of jeans - both size ten. They were WAY too big! I am officially a size 8. They are not tight or anything. Size 6, here I come!
